Ken, a Certified Public Accountant, possesses extensive executive leadership experience in public accounting, management consulting and in the homebuilding industry, having served the St. Louis market as both CFO and Division President of a large, publicly traded homebuilder. Ken led the company to record levels of volume, quality standards and customer satisfaction ratings during his tenure as Division President.
Leading the day-to-day operations at Payne Family Homes is General Manager Scott Kerns. Scott holds over 15 years of experience building quality homes, including 10 years of home construction supervision and management in addition to serving on the Board of Directors of the St. Charles County Home Builder's Association. His direct involvement in several different communities throughout St. Charles County has earned Scott the reputation as someone his customers can turn to, someone who will be directly involved during the building process from day one; a reputation that serves Payne Family Homes customers well.
Inspiring the sales team to give our best to our prospective customers every day is Sales and Marketing Manager Edward Lott. A second generation industry veteran, this St. Louis native has served both publicly traded and privately held homebuilders since 1987 - marketing their brands and coaching their troops to establish, build and satisfy a loyal customer base - customers that place a premium on getting the best value for their dollar, getting satisfaction out of "owning the owning experience" and falling in love with their brand new homes. Lott is a Certified Instructor for the National Association of Homebuilders and serves as Chairman for the St. Louis Association of Homebuilder's Sales and Marketing Council.
