Who is Payne Family Homes?title

We’re a locally owned and operated homebuilder in St. Louis selling new homes in some of the most popular cities in the Metro Area including: Eureka, Saint Charles, Saint Peters, O’Fallon, Wentzville, Lake Saint Louis, Jefferson County, Wildwood and South County. You can also read  our story here.

How long does it take to build?

It will typically take between 4 and 6 months to complete your new home. Within the first few weeks of the process you will be selecting the colors and options for your new home. We will also be working on the permitting process with your city’s municipality. Once you have finished personalizing your home and we’ve received the building permit, we can start construction!

How does the process work?

Can I work with a Real Estate Agent?

If you are working with a Real Estate Agent we are happy that you have reached out and found someone to help you with your new home search! If not, here at Payne Family Homes we have an excellent team of Sales Managers that are here to help you through every step of the process.

What if I have a home to sell?

Not to worry! We can write your purchase agreement with a contingency based on the sale of your current home. Once you have removed this contingency we can get started on your new home. For more details on a contingent purchase agreement please see any of our Community Sales Managers.
