Payne Family Homes has developed the “Realtor® of the Month” program as a way of saying thank you to the Realtors® who work with us. Each month we ask our Community Sales Managers to nominate a Realtor® they have worked with, and someone they feel has gone above and beyond during the home buying process. It’s not necessarily a Realtor® that has closed the most deals with us, or who has brought us the most clients, it’s about showing appreciation for someone we enjoyed working with and someone we would be honored to work with again. Many are nominated, but only one is chosen and awarded the title, Realtor® of the month!
All of us at Payne Family Homes value our relationship with real estate professionals, and this is just a small way we can show our appreciation for all that you do. Our promise to Realtors® is to protect your relationship and your investment regardless of your presence at initial visit, contract or at any time during the home building process, because we know and understand you cannot be with your buyers at every moment.
