At Payne Family Homes we take pride in the care and quality built into each of our homes.  Your Payne Family Homes Warranty Team will continue to take care of you after you move into your new home.  As a Payne Family Homes homeowner, we want you to know that we care, and your warranty coverage will provide you with the peace of mind you expect.

2 Month Visit:

This visit occurs 2 months after the home is completed. During this visit, the assigned warranty service member will review manufacturer suggested care of home components, revisit the warranty process and guidelines, and explain the procedure for requesting service.

11 Month Visit:

This visit occurs 11 months after the home is completed. During this visit, the assigned warranty service member will review the performance of various home components, revisit the warranty guidelines and timeliness, and explain the procedure for requesting service.
