Our employee spotlight shines bright! This week, we’d like to introduce you to a very special member of our sales team. Meet Tina Bock, community manager at Riverdale in O’Fallon. Tina has an infectious laugh. Everyone who knows her loves her. She has spent years helping families make our house their home and she loves every minute of it. See why!

Q: When did you start selling homes? Why?
A: I made a career move to Payne Family Homes in 2013 because I love helping others and making a positive difference in their lives.

Q: What do you love most about your job?
A: Making dreams come true and witnessing that bringing joy to others.

Q: Who are you married to? How did you meet? How many kids do you have?
A: I’ve been married to Mark, the love of my life for 25 years. We met taking country line dance lessons. We are blessed with two wonderful sons, Justin and Daniel.

Q: What do you do for fun?
A: Love spending time with family and friends for Game night, we love board games!

Q: Do you have a hidden talent?
A: Cake decorator 🙂

Q: What’s your favorite vacation ever? Where do you dream of going next?
Mark and I have fallen in love with cruising to Alaska. We’re headed back next year!

Q: What did you learn about yourself while ‘social distancing’ during stay at home orders?
Well, I learned that I’m a little bit of a germ-a-phobe. Lol! Also, I learned how strong my faith is, and that I love working with others. I learned that I need people.

Q: What’s your guilty pleasure?
A: Moscato. Lol! [There’s that laugh again!]

Q: Why and how do you support the St. Jude Dream Home giveaway?
A: I’m so proud to work for Payne Family Homes and proud that as a company we all rally together to support this amazing cause. Spreading the word and helping to create awareness for this incredible fund-raising effort and one-of-a-kind home makes me really proud!

You’ll want to get to know Tina and enjoy time exploring Riverdale with her.
