St. Louis Takes Home Builder Summit Awards
|The 2019 St. Louis St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway was an enormous success – selling out 11,000 tickets (more than ever before) in less time than ever before. The ticket buying season in 2019 was three weeks shorter than any previous Dream Home season. Even with less time, St. Jude supporters in St. Louis rushed to make their contributions to fight childhood cancer and receive the opportunity to win the most incredible Dream Home constructed to date.
Payne Family Homes graciously thanks the army of trade partner volunteers involved in donating time, expertise, creativity, talent and materials to construct the amazing home. Because of their generosity, the St. Louis builder is once again recognized as one of only 9 builders nationwide to be dubbed Zero Hero. Zero Hero is the title given to builders constructing a home that is fully funded by generous donors. As a net zero home, every dollar raised through ticket sales to win the St. Louis St. Jude Dream Home directly benefits the fundraising campaign.
Additionally, the St. Louis 2019 St. Jude Dream Home was awarded Most Impressive Home Features this week during the annual St. Jude Dream Home Builder Summit in Memphis. Outstanding features recognized include the Hockey Rink, the Master Bath, and the Speakeasy hidden room.
