Historic Villages at Sandfort Farm to Open for Pre-Sales November 10th
Homebuyers are invited to “own a little piece of history” as the
new master-planned community is unveiled in St. Charles.
ST. LOUIS, October 25, 2018 – One of St. Charles’ most anticipated new-home communities, The Villages at Sandfort Farm, will open for pre-sales on November 10. Nearly a hundred prospective homebuyers have already joined the interest list for the single-family neighborhood, which is currently under development just north of Interstate 70, between Zumbehl and Truman Roads.
A combined effort of three of the region’s leading builders – Lombardo Homes, McKelvey Homes, and Payne Family Homes, Sandfort Farm occupies 125 acres that had been owned by the Sandfort family since 1887. Generating much of the excitement, the property is the largest tract of undeveloped ground still available anywhere in the vicinity, close to commuter thoroughfares, shopping, entertainment, major employers, and preferred St. Charles public schools.
Sandfort Farm’s master plan is designed for 253 homesites, carefully arranged around numerous cul-de-sacs radiating from a single main boulevard; more than 33 acres of common ground; and a recreational complex with walking trails, playground, swimming pool and a 3,900-square-foot pool house. Adding character to the neighborhood, several of the site’s historic structures will be retained by the Sandfort family, including the original plantation house built in the 1830s, two underground storage cellars, a granary, and a smokehouse.
Display models are under construction, grand opening is projected for January and, beginning November 10, purchasers will be able to claim their favorite homesites, choosing from 30 luxury designs by the participating builders.
From Lombardo Homes
Ranked among the nation’s top 100 residential builders, Lombardo Homes is featuring 11 plans from two of its most popular collections – the Nature and Traditions Series – in The Villages at Sandfort Farm. Preview-priced from the $370s, the modern ranch, 1.5-story, and 2-story plans all include a 3-car garage and range in size from 2,526 to 3,614 square feet.
While site development is still in progress, Lombardo will be working with prospective buyers at Legacy at Patriot’s Ridge in nearby Cottleville, where a display is available for touring.
From McKelvey Homes
Missouri’s oldest and most enduring homebuilder, McKelvey Homes has been recognized for quality craftsmanship since 1898. Nine designs from the firm’s top-selling Designer Series are being offered at Sandfort Farm. Loaded with upscale standards and encompassing 2,470 to 4,016 square feet, the ranch and multi-level designs all have 3-car garages and start from the $380s.
During the interim, McKelvey is welcoming Sandfort Farm customers at The Villages of Provence in downtown St. Charles, where a 1.5-story Designer plan is on display.
From Payne Family Homes
Established in 2005, Payne Family Homes has quickly achieved its status as the metro region’s second largest homebuilder. At Sandfort Farm, Payne has assembled a unique portfolio of 10 carefree ranch and 1.5-story plans designed to reflect today’s lifestyle. Starting in the $280s, the maintenance-provided single family homes provide 1,627 to 3,090 square feet of living space and 2- or 3-car garages.
Pre-sales are being conducted with Community Manager, Melissa Clark, from Payne’s fully-furnished Meridian display in The Villages of Provence at 2360 Banon Drive minutes from historic Main Street in downtown St. Charles. Call or text 314-735-2523 for a private appointment. Walk-ins are welcome.
